TALK
Rebecca will give a fully illustrated talk about her process and work under the OSP banner on Saturday 15 March at 5.00-6.15pm.
The talk will be: My childhood & the reason I make art the way I do. It’s kind of random but makes sense to me. My art is my diary.
A Malaysian artist & surface designer, Rebecca works on paper, with pattern and colour, flora and fauna. She is interested in the history of botanical commodities, botany, and connections to how sex and women are viewed through history. She loves projects with a message.
Her passion is weaving and textiles, and she will eventually end up being a full time weaver.
