Cat Zine Fest: Open Call

🚨 Open call for cat zine submissions ‼️🙀

We’ll be hosting our first ever Cat Zine Fest the weekend of June 27th and are looking to fill our shop with zines about or featuring cats.

A zine is a self published DIY booklet that can be about anything, and in this particular case, anything related to cats: cat butts, fantastical cats, your own cat, your neighbor’s cat, a dream you had where you were a cat. 🤔 The only limit is your imagination!!🤘✨🐈‍⬛

Illustrators, writers, collage artists, etc., are all welcome! Our inaugural Cat Zine Fest will be a weekend long celebration of cats and the zine medium, launching on 4th Friday (June 27th at 6 pm).

We plan to donate $1 from every zine sold to our rescue partner @tippedears, so the more zines folks submit and the more we can sell, the more kitties we can help save. 💪❤️

General concepts / rough sketches of your proposed zine are due by May 23rd.

Once your spot is confirmed, physical copies of the zines will be due by June 13th. We’ll organize the number of copies to make, etc when you contact us. Thanks folks!! Stoked to see what you come up with. 🤗😺✨
